One thing that hasn’t changed are the lengths and sacrifices an artist goes through once they discover their skills and talents.  Dela Rodriguez “DELA” in the Chicago underground music industry has been dedicating her life to making music and creating unanimous sounds that keeps crowds dancing and groovin’.  She has just started her music endeavors; recently signing on to Delusional Records of Los Angeles, CA and releasing an EP on iTunes and Spotify “ChiTown-Groovve”.
